Office of Academic Student Services

The Office of Academic Student Services in the Dean's Office, College of Fine Arts provides assistance to students to help them achieve academic success at the University of Arizona.

You can start at the Office of Academic Student Services to become familiar with:

• General university admissions policy, including probationary readmission
• Academic progress concerns, including academic distinction, academic probation, academic disqualification, disability-related course substitutions
• Academic approvals for enrollment in more than 19 units; general petitions and other petitions or appeals;
• College-wide ceremonies such as Pre-Commencement and Honors Convocation.

You can also seek information and assistance directly with your academic unit: School of Art, School of Music and Dance, School of Theatre Arts, Department of Media Arts, and the Fine Arts Studies Program.
