David A. Gibbs is the 3-D studio lab technician in the School of Art. He spent much of his earlier life in Colombia, South America. He received his B.A. in studio art with an emphasis in ceramics from the College of the Ozarks and his M.A. in Sculpture from the University of Alabama. For two years he taught as Professor of Art at Warner Christian Academy, where he also implemented The White Gallery for the academy. He has maintained an ongoing and active exhibition schedule, showing his work at such venues as the Meridian Museum of Art in Meridian, Mississippi, the Center for Cultural Arts in Gadsden, Alabama, the University of Miami, International University in Miami, and most recently a solo exhibition at MacMurray College in Jacksonville, IL.
