Discussion Topic: Transculturations: Cultural Hybridity in Tucson

"Cultural Hybridity in Tucson” provides a local view and exchange of ideas on the lecture series Transculturations. Our panelists will reflect on their experiences, discuss their work and comment on current trends and issues confronting contemporary artists, curators, writers and critics in Southern Arizona. Transculturations seeks to examine the ever-expanding notion of hybridity and its manifestation in visual art, criticism and institutional curatorial practices.
